Our mortgage consultations are provided free of charge. Because no payment is collected for these services, refunds are not required or applicable.

All mortgage-related services are offered through United Mortgage Corp (NMLS #1330), an Equal Housing Lender, and are subject to applicable lending laws and regulations.

2. Merchandise Orders

For physical merchandise such as 1StopMLO apparel and accessories:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original packaging.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds will be issued only to the original form of payment.
• Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
• Digital products, downloadable materials, and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for refund.

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
• A brief description of the issue
